The Alliance elected three new members to its 2011 Board of Directors at its annual meeting including Mary Kay Brooks, general manager, corporate attorney and an owner of Brooks Tractor, Inc. of Sun Prairie.

The Alliance is an employer-owned, not-for-profit cooperative of 160 members providing health care coverage to more than 83,000 individuals in southern Wisconsin and neighboring counties in Iowa and Illinois. The Alliance moves health care forward by controlling costs, improving quality, and engaging individuals in their health. As an employer-owed cooperative, the Board of Directors works together with staff to set the direction for The Alliance.
