Summit Credit Union: Free Home Buyers Seminar Offered to Community (WisBusiness.com)

Near-record low interest rates and a favorable buyer's market are making it a great time to buy or refinance a home. Yet many folks continue to be leery about making this kind of financial move in light of the changing economy.
