Imperial Blades Acquires Sun Prairie Flex Building (CoStar.com)

Midwest Prefinishing, Inc. sold the Sun Prairie Business Park building at 450 Progress Way in Sun Prairie, WI to Imperial Blades for $1.05 million, or about $49 per square foot.

The single-story, 21,525-square-foot R&D building was constructed on four acres in the Outlying Dane County East Industrial submarket. At the time of the sale the building was vacant. Imperial Blades intends to move into the property around Spring or Summer of 2013.

The Sun Prairie Business Park is one of the largest business parks in Dane County, with more than 40 businesses spread through its 300 acres along Highway 151.

Kevin Carey of The Carey Group represented the seller. Greg Palmer of Palmer Real Estate represented the buyer.
