Sun Prairie Chamber Accepting Nominations for Community Business Leader Award

The Community Business Leader Award (formerly known as the Krivsky Award) seeks to honor a business person active in the Sun Prairie community.

Certainly you know someone who fits the criteria for nomination. Criteria for the award, which is made possible by the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce, include the following:

• The nominee must be employed by a business (and not be a government employee);

• The nominee must be active (not just a financial contributor) in the Sun Prairie community;

• The nominee and/or business must be a member of the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce.

The award will be presented at the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce annual Business Appreciation Lunch on Wednesday, Nov. 20th. Nomination forms, available at the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce office located at 109 E. Main, must be turned in no later than Wednesday, Oct. 15th.
