Blogger's Note: This is a great redevelopment infill project for W. Main Street, and it eliminates an existing dark store. Other benefits from this project are likely to include re-aligning McCoy Rd. with Sunfield Dr, coordinated stormwater management, and the construction of a new building with updated architecture. Not to mention that Main Street construction will be completed too. This has been a long time coming, and it looks like it could be a great project.
