Hunden Strategic Partners Completes Hotel Demand & Feasibility Study (City of Sun Prairie)

Hunden Strategic Partners has completed their Hotel Demand and Feasibility Study for the City of Sun Prairie.   The study evaluates several sites for a potential hotel development, and recommends a strongly branded 120-room select-service hotel, including approximately 6,900 square feet of function space.

New Northeast YMCA Wins Design Award

The YMCA of Dane County is proud to announce the Northeast YMCA Branch located in Sun Prairie's Smith's Crossing development by Reiner Rd. was selected by the Wisconsin Builder Magazine's Top 30 building projects of 2007.

This year, Wisconsin Builder focused on three specific areas to select the best of the best. Projects were rated on benefit they provide to the community they are in, challenges overcome in completing them and advancement they offer to the construction industry.

Veridian Homes Wins National Energy Awards (Sun Prairie Star Online)
